Arusaamatused, möödarääkimised ja konfliktid on üks loomulik osa erinevatest kultuuridest pärit inimeste omavahelises suhtluses. Nendega on kokku puutunud vist kõik rahvusvaheliste projektidega tegelejad, olgu nendeks siis noortevahetused, noorsootöötajate õpiränded – või välisvabatahtlike vastu võtmine.
Konfliktidega paremini toime tulekuks soovime pakkuda 1-päevast koolitust „Konfliktide lahendamine ja keeruliste teemade käsitlemine projektides“. Kuna viimasel ajal on enamike rahvusvaheliste projektide töökeeleks inglise keel, siis toimub koolitus inglise keeles.
NB! Koolituse läbiviija räägib nii inglise kui eesti keelt, vajadusel saab küsida terminite tõlget.
Koolitus on tasuta. Väljaspoolt Tallinnat osalejatele hüvitatakse transpordikulud.

Koolituse kirjeldus
Conflicts are inevitable — but they can also become opportunities for growth, connection, and learning. This training session will focus on real-life conflicts and conflict-sensitive topics within youth work. The main goal is to equip youth workers, tutors and team leaders with the skills to confidently facilitate constructive dialogue methods (restorative circle practices), creating spaces where young people, volunteers and colleagues feel heard, respected, and empowered to find solutions together. Through an explanatory session, guided practice and reflective support, you’ll learn how to turn challenges (such as critical topics, bullying attitudes or cultural misunderstandings) into moments of healing and community-building.
Koolitajast
Charlie Moreno-Romero has worked in education for over 22 years with the goal of reimagining formal and non-formal learning spaces as places where both young people and adults can shape their own learning and make a real difference in their communities. In addition to his expertise in public, private, international, and democratic schools, Charlie has collaborated with local and European organizations and universities in training of youth workers and teachers and research. Currently, he works as Research and Innovation Coordinator for the European Democratic Education Community (www.eudec.org) and as an independent educational consultant for Unmute Learning (www.unmute-learning.weebly.com).
