Koolitus „Üks-ühele konfliktide juhtimine projektides“
Asukoht: Tammsaare Ärikeskus (A. H. Tammsaare tee 47, 11316 Tallinn)
Tegemist on jätkuga märtsi lõpus toimunud koolitusele, kus keskenduti grupikonfliktide juhtimisele ringipraktikate abil.
NB! Koolitus toimub inglise keeles.
Osalemine on tasuta. Väljaspoolt Tallinnat osalejatele hüvitatakse transpordikulud.

Koolituse kirjeldus
The 1:1 Restorative Conflict Resolution training aims to equip participants with tools to resolve interpersonal conflicts, as well as to mediate in conflicts between participants/ colleagues in the E+ and ESC projects. Although the topic is similar to the previous training, the approach is different, as it focuses on tools useful in personal conflicts, such as active listening and nonviolent communication. Please note that this seminar is open to all, regardless of prior attendance in the previous seminar. During the first part of the seminar, participants will become familiar with theoretical concepts and communication tools, while the second part will be more practical, including role-playing, fishbowl methodologies, forum theatre, and group discussions.
